| The tourney begins (Saturday) 8pm sign ups end Friday an hour before the tourney begins and there is no entry fee Everyone Will meet in TSRxEVENTS AT http://xat.com/TSRxEvents Sat GENERAL RULES:
4 Stocks
8 Minute Time Limit
Sets Are Best of 3, Finals Are Best of 5
Items Are Set to "OFF" and "NONE"
Buffer is Set to "OFF"
A Player May Not Counter-Pick a Stage They Have Already Won a Match On During the Set, Unless Agreed Upon by Both Players
In the Event of the Time Running Out, the Winner Will Be Decided By Whoever Has the Most Stock, if They Have the Same Amount, the Match Will Be Won By Whoever Has the Lowest Percent, If Percentages AND Stock Are Even, a Tiebreaker Match Will Be Played to Decide the Outcome
If you Desync,Disconnect restart the match with the stock that you had
If you Desync,Disconnect more than three times your out of the tourney
Don't have any Textures that will cost you your game
so we (recommend) you format your sd card
and re download PM wifi set only.
